Botanical Reveries

I have been dreaming with plants as long as I can remember. For years I have explored silence within my work. Mother Teresa said, “The trees, the flowers, the plants grow in silence. The stars, the sun, the moon move in silence. Silence gives us a new perspective.” I create to deepen my understanding of my personal place within nature, incorporating natural elements and symbolic imagery into images of landscape, real and imagined – works imbued with quietude and stillness.
